Account Deletion
Effective August 1, 2026
This page explains how to delete your account and personal data for the P.I. Companion App (provided by BoardM). You can delete your account and data through either of the following methods.
Option 1. Delete in-app
- Open the P.I. app.
- Open the leaderboard screen.
- Tap 'My Account'.
- Tap 'Delete account' and follow the instructions.
Account deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2. Request by email
If you have already uninstalled the App or are unable to sign in, please send an email request from the address registered with your account to the email address below. We will process your request after verifying your identity.

Including 'P.I. Account Deletion Request' in the subject line will help us process your request faster.
What is deleted
| Deleted immediately and permanently | Email address, nickname, gameplay records (including records displayed on the leaderboard), consent records |

| Retained for a set period | Access log records — 3 months (retention required under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act) |
Deleted information cannot be recovered. You may register again with the same email address, but your previous records will not be restored.
